1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Sticky Notes Pro, made by Horyaal Tech. By using the app you agree to them.
2. Your content
Your notes belong to you. They are stored on your device and we cannot see or recover them. Please export backups regularly – if you lose your phone, forget your PIN or uninstall the app, your notes cannot be restored by us.
3. Sticky Notes Pro subscription
- Pro features are available by subscription or purchase through Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
- Use "Restore purchases" to get Pro back on a new phone with the same Google account.
- If Pro ends, your notes stay, but Pro-only features are no longer available.
4. Using the app
You may use the app for personal use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse it.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or that data will never be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is always in the app and on stickynotespro.com.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
