The short version Your notes stay on your phone. We have no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and we never see, collect or sell your notes.

Who we are

Sticky Notes Pro is a notes, checklist and reminder app for Android made by Horyaal Tech.

What stays on your device

Notes, checklists, drawings, folders, tags, reminders, settings and your PIN (stored encrypted as a one-way hash) are saved only in the app's private storage on your phone. Grammar & Polish runs fully offline on your phone. Backups are only created when you tap Export and are saved as a file where you choose.

Permissions we use and why

Microphone – only when you tap Voice typing, to turn your speech into text. No audio is saved by the app.
Notifications – to show reminders you set.
Alarms & reminders (exact alarms) and run at start-up – so reminders arrive on time, even after your phone restarts.
Fingerprint / biometrics – to unlock the app or locked notes if you turn it on. Your fingerprint is checked by Android; the app never receives or stores it.
Photos & files – only when you save a snapshot to your gallery, export a PDF/backup, pick a backup to restore, or choose a photo as your board background.
Vibration – for optional tap feedback.
Internet – only for purchases, restoring Pro, and opening links (Play Store, Facebook). Your notes are never sent.

Third-party services

Voice typing uses your phone's speech recognition service (usually Google). Depending on your device settings, your speech may be processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.
Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. They receive an anonymous app user ID, purchase details and basic device information to manage your Pro subscription. We never receive your payment details.
"Rate us" and "Like us on Facebook" open Google Play or Facebook, which have their own privacy policies.

Home screen widgets

Widgets show the notes you choose on your home screen. Locked notes are never shown.

What we don't do

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no selling or sharing of your data, and no accounts.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from them.

Your rights and deleting your data

Because your notes are stored only on your phone, you control them fully: you can edit, export or delete them at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all app data. Under data protection law you may ask us about any data related to your purchases; email support@stickynotespro.com and we'll help (RevenueCat purchase records can be deleted on request).

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update it here and on stickynotespro.com with a new date.
